This position assists in the set up and break down of event stages on the ice for all events scheduled at the arena; Late nights and weekends necessary; Must be 18 and have dependable work references.
|Event Staff – Usher||
Able to read small print, able to stand for long periods of time; able to work flexible hours, professional, friendly out going, dependable and cooperative, able to remain calm. Event based, nights and weekends.
Part time; able to stand for long periods of time outdoors; able to work flexible hours; able to read small print; professional; friendly; outgoing; dependable and cooperative; able to remain calm and responsive in an emergency situation.
Kitchen event staff needed. High volume environment, speed necessary, must be knowledgeable of food preparation, storage & handling, knife skills and food presentation, experience in catering helpful.
Responsible for a prep and set up for event and function. Must know how to use a knife and lift 25 plus pounds. Can stand for long periods of time during prep and event. Can take direction well. Will be responsible for quality control as well as portion control. Knows and understand recipes. Can work in a fast paced environment in a short time. Clean and organized a must.
|Event Cook/Prep (Commissary)||
Responsible for prep and set up of event or function. Including club meals, platters and quantity food prep and execution. Can handle multiple tasks at once. Can lift 25lbs or more. Can take direction well, as well as a self starter. Must know how to use a knife Will be responsible for quality control as well as portion control. Knows and understand recipes. Can work in a fast paced environment in a short time. Clean and organized a must
